USO Coffee Connections - Fort Hamilton

Join USO Fort Hamilton and West Point as we venture into New York City for our July USO Coffee Connection!

Thanks to our partners at Big Bus Tours, spouses will take an exclusive tour on the Downtown Loop of New York City! For more information on the tour route, click here.

• We will meet at Fort Hamilton’s main gate at 1:30 PM and walk together to the Express bus stop at Shore Rd and 4th Ave to take the 1:50 Express bus into Manhattan. Please anticipate a one-hour bus ride into the city. USO will cover costs into and out of Manhattan.

• Once in Manhattan, we will walk to Bryant Park to meet with the West Point group. -From Bryant Park, we will walk to 42nd & 7th to Big Bus Tour Stop #2 to board the bus! The tour will be about 2 hours long, ending at Stop #2 around 6 PM.

• Once the tour is done, we will return to 5th Ave & 41 Street and take the next Express bus back to Brooklyn. While subject to change, our goal is to take the 6:26 PM bus to arrive back to Fort Hamilton by 7:20 PM.

• The USO will not be providing dinner. There are food options between the last tour stop and the Express bus and we are happy to make a stop on the way home.

With such a busy day, we want to make sure you have what you need:

Be ready to walk! Wear comfortable shoes. Sneakers are highly recommended! Keep an eye on the weather and dress appropriately!

Bring a small bag that you can carry your personal belongings in.
