There are countless ways volunteers support the USO, but they all share an abiding dedication to our troops and their families. Whether it’s helping out at a special event, cheering troops at homecoming, manning a front desk or providing a listening ear, our volunteers are the reason troops know they can count on the USO. Volunteers are the lifeblood of the USO and a precious resource of thousands.

Get involved outside of a USO Center
If you don’t have a USO center close by, can’t make a regular commitment, or simply want a unique kind of volunteer experience, we still need your support. Volunteers are needed for deployments, Fleet Week, Veteran’s Week, and other special events. Organize your family, friends, or co-workers to compete in races, hold backyard barbeques, or create events of your own that raise money to support our troops.
