Rucksacks to Backpacks - Fort Hamilton

The USO is pleased to support the Fort Hamilton military community during our annual Rucksacks to Backpacks event. Registration is mandatory and limited to the first 50 children. A maximum of 4 children per family can be registered at a time. Children must be going into K through Eighth Grade to receive a backpack. Open to children of Active Duty, National Guard and Reserve members. SPECIAL NOTE All registrations must be in the name of the parent or service member. Do not enter a child’s name on the registration form.

USO is partnering with the Fort Hamilton Religious Support Office and distributing all school supplies together! Children do not need to be present for service members to pick up backpacks but would love for them to come and join the fun! If you are unable to pick up from the event. Please let Janet Morse (jmorse@uso.org) know asap and we will hold the backpack(s). If we do not hear from you before or during the event, the backpack will be forfeited.
